The impact of drug treatments on HepG2 and Huh-7 cell migration was evaluated using a scratch wound assay. Photomicrographs, capturing the wound closure at 0-, 24-, and 48-h post-treatment, are presented for both HepG2 (A) and Huh-7 (B) cells. ImageJ software was employed to quantify wound closure by analyzing the photomicrographs and calculating the percentage of closure. Statistical analysis, using a two-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post hoc test, was conducted to compare wound closure between treated and untreated control groups at each time point. A minimum of three wells per treatment (n = 3 wells/treatment) were analyzed. Statistical significance, when compared to the untreated control at corresponding time points, is indicated as: +; ***p = 0.0001; and **p < 0.001.
