The original version of this Article contained errors in the Methods section. Due to a technical issue during the production of this Article, sentences have been inadvertently truncated under the subheading ‘Measures’.
As a result, the last sentence in ‘Parental mediation’ now reads:
“In this study, this questionnaire had a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient ranging from 0.81 to 0.90.”
The first two sentences in ‘Basic psychological needs’ now read:
“We also used the Basic Psychological Needs Scale developed by Deci and Ryan23 and revised by Yu et al.49. This scale consists of 21 items across three dimensions: autonomy, competence, and interpersonal needs.”
