Enrollment of patients. A total of 220 patients with ISR were included in this study. According to the eGFR levels upon admission, the patients were divided into three groups: group 1 had normal kidney function (eGFR ≥ 90 ml/min/1.73 m²), group 2 had mild kidney function (60 ≤ eGFR< 90 ml/min/1.73 m²), and group 3 had kidney failure (eGFR< 60 ml/min/1.73 m²).
