Lincang (Red), Xishuangbanna (Green), Pu’er (Blue); Chao1 index (p < 0.05): a method to estimate the total number of unknown species in a community based on the number of rare species in the sample. Shannon index (p > 0.05), which considers both species richness and evenness, was used to measure the community diversity. The higher the value of the Shannon index, the higher the diversity of the community. The absence of asterisks in the figures indicates no significant differences, ***P < 0.001.
