Cumulative survival rate of largemouth bass after challenged with N. seriolae. The number of deaths of largemouth bass after challenging was monitored daily for 14 days. The survival rate was analyzed by Kaplan–Meier survival curve with log-rank (Mantel Cox) test. The p-value is an significant differences analysis between the immunised and the control group using log-rank test (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01).
