A 21-year-old woman with glaucoma who exhibited uncontrolled IOP under the maximum tolerated medical treatment (A and A-1). The patient underwent XEN glaucoma stent implantation. The VD inside the disc and PPA areas recovered after glaucoma surgery (B and B-1). VF progression was negligible after glaucoma surgery (C and C-1).
