According to the PRS and odds ratios, the association between the quartile of polygenic risk score and (A) RF positivity, (B) ACPA positivity, (C) Target therapy, and (D) erosion was generated using logistic regression analysis. The RA patients under 60 years RA onset were separated into quartiles. The top quartile in RA patients showed significantly higher risks for RF positivity, ACPA positivity, and target therapy compared with the first quartile. However, the second and third quartiles were significantly higher in the erosion group. Values are the odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals.
