The results show significant reduction in sample structure visibility with decreasing electron dose, where Boron atom columns can be still recognised down to dose of 530 e/Å\(^{2}\) but at 231 e/Å\(^{2}\) it is very difficult to distinguish both, Samarium and Boron atoms from background. Bars correspond to 5 Å.
