Calibration curves showing the relationship between peak area and concentration (10–50 µg/mL) for the five COVID-19 antiviral drugs. All compounds demonstrated excellent linearity with correlation coefficients (r²) greater than 0.999. The different slopes reflect the varying detector responses at 230 nm, with molnupiravir showing the highest sensitivity and nirmatrelvir the lowest.
