Comparison of baseline (pre-treatment) biomarker response changes in the levels of CD20+ EVs in plasma of AMC-034 trial participants with Non-Response (NR) (N = 7), Partial Response (PR) (N = 12), or Complete Response (CR) (N = 34) status to therapy. Shown are the distributions of CD20 concentrations in EVs by response and median values are indicated by a line. Statistical comparisons were made between CD20-expressing EVs in NR vs. PR vs. CR using a Kruskal-Wallis test, where p = 0.045.
