Overexpression of NLRP3 abrogated the inhibition of macrophage pyroptosis induced by USP50 knockdown. (A) The expression of NLRP3 was detected in macrophages using qPCR and immunoblotting after transfection with oe-NC and oe-NLRP3. (B) Cell pyroptosis was evaluated by flow cytometry, and (C) the pyroptosis rate was quantified. (D) IL-1β and (E) IL-18 levels in the supernatant of the cell culture medium were detected using ELISA.
