Meminductor branch current iw influences the state variable X which in turn influences the resistance of the parallel branch Rp. Change in Rp results in a change in iw thus repeating the cycle. The parallel branch is realized as a light-dependent-resistor (LDR), whose resistance depends on the position of an LED attached to the winding thus coupling Rp to X.
