Time-resolved in-cell NMR of Tat RNA aptamer in HeLa cells overexpressing HIV-1 Tat protein. 1H NMR imino spectra recorded from HeLa cells transfected with the Tat RNA aptamer and co-expressing HIV-1 Tat protein. Spectra were acquired at various time points post-transfection (0, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 h) to monitor the intracellular interaction and complex formation. Specific imino proton signals, highlighted in the boxed region, exhibit time-dependent changes consistent with the RNA–protein complex formation inside live cells at 20 °C.
