A 38-year-old female presented with headaches and paroxysmal hypertension. CT revealed a mass in the left adrenal gland. [99mTc]Tc-HYNIC-TOC MIP image (A) shows an area of increased uptake of the radiotracer in the left adrenal region. The fused SPECT/CT image (B) demonstrates a left adrenal mass with a maximum diameter of 5.5 cm. The mass exhibits significant uptake of [99mTc]Tc-HYNIC-TOC, with a KS of 4 and a TBR of 7.07. The patient underwent surgery, and the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma was confirmed.
