Study design: Fresh Frozen and FFPE tumor tissue from breast cancer (BC) patients (n = 19) were subjected to WGS at 50X and 1-5X, respectively. The 50X Fresh Frozen data was analyzed using HRDetect and sequencing data was then bioinformatically downscaled to 5X. The three datasets (Fresh Frozen (50X), Fresh Frozen (5X), and FFPE (1-5X)) were then analyzed using ShallowHRD.
