Representative images show sections from C57BL/6J mice. Total cell number was measured based on automated DAPI cell counting with ImageJ2/Fiji. CD3 and Iba1 positive cells were counted by blinded raters. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, evaluated using ANOVA with Dunnett’s post hoc test compared to MOG EAE. n = 9 per group.
