Expression of P53 in Normal, Pulegone and cisplatin treated Hela cells. Where A1-A3 showing Normal cancer cells with reduced P53 level. B1-B3 Hela cells treated with Pulegone higher expression of P53. C1-C3 HeLa cells treated with cisplatin also showed higher expression of Annexin-V. Where more level of P53 in Pulegone treatment group compared with positive control and untreated group.
