SARS-CoV-2 genomic RNA in wastewater from schools is lower than city-wide wastewater. Comparison of the SARS-CoV-2 genomic RNA quantification in wastewater from schools and WWTPs between January to March 2021. RNA quantification targeted the nucleocapsid gene loci N1 (blue) and N2 (black), with results shown as direct gene abundance values (a) and normalized abundance relative to levels of the fecal biomarker PMMoV (b). Statistical differences were determined using the Mann Whitney test.
