Astaxanthin can attenuate myocardial injury induced by DOX. The above samples were collected on the 16th day of the study. (A) The serum levels of cTn-I in each group. The content of serum cTn-I in the DOX group increased. After treatment with ASTA, the content of serum cTn-I decreased. (B) HE staining of the hearts in each group. ASTA can alleviate the myocardial cell damage and immune cell infiltration resulting from doxorubicin.
