(B-E) Statistical analysis of the WB strip of DRP1, Mfn 2, OPA1 and Fis-1. ASTA decreased the expression of DRP1 and Fis-1, inhibited cardiac excessive mitochondrial fission induced by DOX. And ASTA augmented the expression of Mfn2 and OPA1, facilitated cardiac mitochondrial fusion. The measurement data were presented as mean ± standard deviation. n = 5, *P < 0.05. ns: no significance.
