Experimental set-up. Participant is seated with LCD goggles covering their visual field and head placed on a chin rest. Their right wrist is used to press the home-pad button to initiate trial sequence. A latex glove on the index finger impedes touch with the contact circuit on the target object, allowing detection of wrist posture (Grasp 1 or Grasp 2) on a trial-by-trial basis.
