The cell viability of BEAS-2B human bronchial epithelial cells treated with fruit (up panel) and leaf (down panel) extracts at varying concentrations for 24 h and 48 h. Extracts were obtained from olives grown at different distances from the Yatağan TPP, Deştin Village (farthest location), Central (middle location), and Thermal (Şahinler Village - closest location). Representative cells after the MTT assay are given after leaf extracts for 48 h (images taken by 5x objective of Zeiss AxioVert inverted microscope).
