Each column corresponds to one of the three segmentation algorithms evaluated in the study. Each dot represents one subject. The 5th (red), 50th (green), and 95th (red) expectiles were computed to characterize the range of variability. AssemblyNet appears less sensitive to magnetic field strength variations compared to FastSurfer and FreeSurfer.
