This figure presents the Analysis of the real-time PCR data. It was found in the research that the groups that received the nanoliposomes with 5-FU and DA had significantly lower levels of gene expression compared to the control group and the other treatment groups. The reduction was higher with the liposomal combination. The reduction was also noted with the single drug preparations. Data are presented as means ± SDs; * P < 0.05, * * P < 0.01, and * ** * P < 0.0001.
