The tracer is rapidly excreted via the renal pathway with the majority of the activity already being in the bladder after 5 min. No substantial uptake was noted in healthy organs. Of note, the scale bars between the scans at 5 and 60 min are different due to the different amounts of activity remaining in the mouse.
