Multifrequency electrical impedance myography detects the development of altered bioelectrical impedance properties in the caudal muscles of SOD1G93A zebrafish. EIM was conducted at multiple frequencies ranging from 1 to 1000 kHz, and phase angle, reactance, and resistance parameters were graphed.
