Epetraborole pharmacokinetic profile in BALB/c mice. 7–9 week-old BALB/c mice were treated with EBO via subcutaneous injection at doses of 30, 100, 200, 300, 400, and 600 mg/kg. Plasma samples were collected from three mice per time point, and EBO concentrations were quantified using an Agilent 6460 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. Data represent mean ± SEM.
