  1. Continuous variables were analyzed with Mann-Whitney U test while categorical variables with Fisher exact test which were applicable was followed by post-hoc pairwise comparison with Bonferroni correction for multiple testing. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
  2. OR odds ratio, RRR relative risk reduction, TPN total parenteral nutrition, IQR interquartile range, G1-4 mucositis stage according to CTCAE, MAC myeloablative conditioning regimen, RIC reduced intensity conditioning regimen.
