Gating strategy and evolution of NK cell subsets over time. (A) Lymphocytes were gated by size and granularity (FSC vs. SSC), and NK cells were identified within the CD56+ CD3− lymphocyte gate. NK cells were further subdivided into CD16− CD56+ and CD16+ CD56+ subsets, and their respective marker expression was analyzed. (B) Percentage of CD16− NK cells on Day 0 and Day 7 for all nine donors. (C) Percentage of CD16+ NK cells over the same period. Statistical significance was determined using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, ** p ≤ 0.01.
