Assessment of TNF-α and COX-2 expression in rat ileum (A) and colon (B); presents the Immuno Histo Chemistry (IHC) staining images displaying the expression levels of TNF-α (Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha) and COX-2 (Cyclooxygenase-2). The bar graphs represent the staining intensity of TNF-α and COX-2, quantified using ImageJ (FIJI) software. The changes in staining intensity provide insights into the alterations in these inflammatory markers. Cnt (control) group, IFpls (the group receiving plasma from rats undergoing intermittent fasting), and Npls (the group receiving plasma from untreated rats).
