The ROC curve for the Imaging Model in the training cohort (blue) had an AUROC of 0.743. The optimal threshold for the Imaging Model was determined via the Youden index, which yielded a value of 0.247. The performance of the Imaging Model in the validation cohort (red) resulted in an AUROC of 0.639.
