Manometric setup for cadaver testing (Sub-study 1[n = 2] cadavers): cuffed endotracheal tube connected to a self-inflating bag with an inline manometer; exhalation valve occluded with a yellow cap, high-pressure air release occluded with a blue cap, to create a closed system. Pressures recorded during bag inflations to assess seal integrity.
