In the presence of CRP, BSA, TNF- , Hb, Herceptin proteins (0.01 ng/ml), the fluorescence intensity rate (F-F0)/F0 of a fluorescent aptasensor based on GO was measured. Where at 520 nm, F0 and F are the fluorescence intensities without and with CRP detection (excitation: 450 nm).
