Comparison of mean cold allodynia/acetone value among the study groups at baseline, at weeks 3 and 4 following sciatic nerve crush injury. Cold allodynia responses (Sham: 53.76 ± 3.89, Control: 19.85 ± 1.06, Pycnogenol: 22.85 ± 0.89 on Day 28, ***p < 0.001 vs. Control, one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post hoc test. The Pycnogenol group shows enhanced sensory recovery.
