Repair mechanisms of DNA damage in TMZ-resistant GBM cell lines. (A) A172 and T98G cells were cultured for 5 days with different TMZ concentrations and chemoresistance was evaluated by MTT assay. Cell viability was normalized to untreated cells (mean ± SD from three independent experiments). Mann-Whitney U or Student’s t-test: *p < 0.05 or **p < 0.01 versus untreated.
