  1. No significant systemic or ocular adverse reactions were observed in all enrolled participants. The most common adverse reactions were mild photophobia and blurred near vision, all of which resolved completely after discontinuation of treatment. No statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure was observed before and after the combination therapy (p > 0.05). (At 12 months, the difference in IOP between groups was statistically significant but not clinically significant).
