This matrix synthesizes thematic evidence from two sources—satellite-derived forest cover trends and community-reported observations—organized under two key themes: Forest Cover Change and Forest Regrowth. For each forest patch, insights from remote sensing and local knowledge are presented side by side. The final column, "Convergence assessment," classifies the degree of agreement between the two data sources as full convergence, partial convergence, or dissonance. Sites with mixed local responses are marked with an asterisk. Classification thresholds are defined as follows: more than 65 percent agreement indicates convergence or dissonance (depending on directional match or mismatch); 35 to 65 percent agreement indicates partial convergence; less than 35 percent agreement indicates weak or no convergence.
