Temperature dependence of (a) dielectric constant (εr) and (b) dielectric loss (tan δ) for FC–BFBT–SZx ceramics (x = 0, 0.02, 0.04 mol%). The dielectric peak shifts to higher temperatures with SZ doping, indicating better thermal stability, while dielectric loss rises near the transition and decreases with frequency.
