(A) and (B) represent the antiproliferative activity of Eltrombopag olamine against MCF-7 and SMMC-7721 cells, respectively. (C) Detection of caspase activation in MCF-7 and SMMC-7721 cells. The antiproliferative activity of Eltrombopag olamine at concentrations of 20 and 128 µg/ml on MCF-7 and, SMMC-7721 cells in the presence and absence of caspase inhibitors. EO + Casp3i, EO + Casp8i, and EO + Casp9i represent Eltrombopag olamine mixed with Caspase-3/7, caspase-8 and caspase-9 inhibitors, respectively.
