Cytotoxic assessment of compounds 1–4 (10 uM) in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells. The Cell viability was conducted using SRB assay. The results are presented as mean ± SD (n = 3). The statistical analysis revealed no significant differences (P ≤ 0.05) when compared to the LPS-induced cells.
