TDCPP (0.5, 1, 1.5, 5, and 50 µM) in the culture medium, culturing conjunctival fibroblasts under 0.5 µM and 1 µM conditions could enhance their viability, while viability decreased under 50 µM conditions. E. Under 0.5 µM TDCPP exposure, the expression level of the MMP3 gene in conjunctival fibroblasts of the experimental group was significantly increased compared with that in the control group.
