EDPO-induced cell cycle disturbance in the G1 phase compared to fulvestrant observed after 12 (A), 24 (B), 48 (C), and 72 h (D) of incubation on T47D cells. One-way ANOVA was used for statistical analysis, with *, **, and *** indicating significance at p < 0.05, p < 0.01, and p < 0.001, respectively, compared to the non-treated control samples. Results are from at least two independent experiments performed in quadruplicates.
