Effect of aGVHD severity on ORR. Trials were divided into “Advanced” when 50% or more of the cohort had grade IV SR-aGVHD, and “Not-advanced” if percent of grade IV SR-aGVHD was < 50%. “Advanced” cohort achieved mean ORR of 0.51 with 95% CI 0.44–0.57 while the “Not-advanced” cohort had ORR of 0.66, 95% CI 0.57–0.75 and p = 0.006.
