We selected the absolute value of Spearman Correlation Coefficient to be not < 0.2 as the valid data. Red indicates a positive correlation between the gene and its transcriptional regulatory factors in cancer (p < 0.05), while blue indicates the vice versa. The darker the color, the higher is the correlation.
