RP11 regulates ovarian cancer cells by downregulating FDX1. (A) A database identified FDX1 as a downstream protein of RP11. (B) FDX1 expression was notably lower in HGSOC tissues than in normal fallopian tube tissues. (C,D) FDX1 protein expression under RP11 knockdown or overexpression in both the OVCAR3 and HO8910 cell lines. (**P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; ****P < 0.0001). Although the change in FDX1 protein is statistically significant, the magnitude is limited and may reflect a slight translational adjustment; the experiment was repeated n = 3 independent. Data are presented as mean ± SD with 95% confidence intervals for pairwise differences; Bonferroni post-hoc correction was applied and adjusted P values are indicated in the figure.
