Examples of plant-parasitic nematode genera images used in the data analysis (A), and the image preprocessing pipeline (B). This pipeline automatically cropped image frames and then processed them into different image sizes (224 × 224 for MobileNetV3-L and ResNet101, 256 × 256 for Swin V2-B, and 384 × 384 for EfficientNetV2-S). The image pipeline preprocessed the image and only applied augmentation for model training.
