The wave I amplitudes were analyzed for no noise saline (circles—NNS), no noise verapamil (squares -NNV), noise saline (triangles—NS) and noise verapamil (diamonds—NV) groups at 12 kHz (A) and 20 kHz (B). Groups were compared using ANOVA with a post-hoc Tukey–Kramer test, and the error bars indicate the standard error of mean. Brackets denote significance at p < 0.05. Shaded set of bars indicate the time point at which significant changes were observed.
