Using the sender chip we prepare a two-qubit cluster state \(|C\rangle\) and send it to the receiver chip. Using the receiver chip, we perform on-chip full quantum state tomography on the state and analyse the results by maximum likelihood estimation. Here, the (a) real and (b) imaginary parts of the recovered density matrix are visualsed. The fidelity of the measured state is 90.0(16)% and its purity is 91(3)%.
