SLC25A40 supports IL-10 production. BMDMs (0.5 × 106 cells/mL) were transfected with 50 nM negative control (grey) or Slc25a40 (orange) siRNA for 8 h on day 1. On day 2, the cells were treated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for 0, 4, 8, or 24 h. (A) mRNA levels of IL-10 over housekeeping Rps18 were quantified by qPCR. (B) Protein levels of IL-10 in the supernatant were quantified by ELISA.
