These two bar plots help to showcase the percentage of getting an offer (offer rate) by location (Regional vs SEQ), after an athlete has been tested and has met the coaches’ defined selection criteria. The right bar plot indicates the difference in offer rate ranked from smallest difference to largest differences. To interpret this, in the left bar pot, in rowing, the offer rates for regional athletes and SEQ athletes is the same. The right bar plot also shows this as there is no red bar indicating the percentage difference (at zero). In contrast, for skateboarding, in the left bar plot, showcases a large difference in bar height, and when looking at the right bar plot the percentage difference in offer is nearly 50%.
